A new landmark.

The Port Willunga  project is a new home, the original property was determined to be demolished, to make way for a prominent contemporary two storey-home and maximise the panoramic vista views similarly to provide 5 separate sleeping accommodation and ensuites for group entertaining.

This home has provided considered options for the ultimate coastal family entertaining home.  The intentional relationship of internal and external living areas centered around the striking panoramic sea views of the encompassing Port Willunga Beach has carefully been designed by Tim Evans Architect.

This project is a landmark and has drawn great attention and comment from the public during construction and now site complete in fully landscaped setting.
