For Mike Morrow, great landscapes are never created in isolation. They are the product of collaboration, clear communication and a team working towards a shared vision. It was this collective approach, and the passion he saw within Urban Habitat, that drew him to the business and continues to shape the way he works today.

Reliable, honest and committed, Mike believes the strongest projects begin long before construction starts. Careful planning, open dialogue and attention to detail establish the foundation for landscapes that are not only beautiful, but intuitive, practical and built to endure. He is particularly driven by creating outdoor spaces that feel unique to each client, balancing innovation with a deep understanding of how people live and connect with their environment.

Whether working alongside designers, project managers or fellow trades, Mike enjoys the process as much as the outcome, recognising that the best landscapes emerge when every person contributes to a shared ambition.

Outside of work, his greatest inspiration comes from his family, whose dedication, resilience and support continue to shape both his perspective and his approach to life.
