At the heart of your stunning Urban Habitats home is an intelligent and innovative design concept that’s at one with your tastes and in harmony with your environment and the flow of your life.

To begin to understand your design needs, how you like to live, and how you imagine living in your future home, meet with one of our Directors, either Jock Merrigan or Josh Semmler. They will listen to your needs and ideas and offer insight into areas you may not have considered. Jock and Josh are also skilled at assessing site conditions, and what can be done to maximise potential.

From here, we will develop and agree on a comprehensive design brief, assign you a dedicated project team including where appropriate external consultants inclusive of a registered architect, town planner and other support personnel, and guide you through every step of the development of your unique design – no prescribed styles or materials, and no compromising of your desired lifestyle.
