Nestled atop an Adelaide Hills cliff, this off-grid cabin was inspired by slow living. It features a number of spaces throughout for our clients to relax and bask in the natural surroundings.
In fact, when you are within, you get a sense that you are floating in nature and are completely alone with the panoramic views of this beautiful state. With the external materiality resembling a shed, the doors of this Adelaide Hills retreat open up to reveal a softer, natural palette that reflects the surrounds. The interior colour palette is inspired by the local eucalypts, as well as the Delux Bay Leaf colour, loved by our client’s son, Harry.
