We worked closely with our Denning St. clients to create a home that is in harmony with their requirements.

Urban Habitats were privileged to deliver a full design & build service on this character home in Hawthorn. A striking square-form modernist extension was added to the rear of the existing villa which was substantially remodeled and restored. The collaboration with selected consultants on interiors and landscape from the outset of the design has led to a consistency of materials, detailing and level of finish that is outstanding and sets this project apart. The collaborative process with the client was similarly a key input to the outcomes achieved, with their interest and engagement evident from the start and welcomed in the way the project was managed and delivered. The effort and attention to detail taken by all parties involved, inclusive of trades, contractors and suppliers as well as the broader collaborative team has led to a home that is of great pride to all involved.
